Munavvara Abdullayeva was born in the Margilan region in 1950.

Between 1968 and 1971, she studied at the Margilan Planning and Economics College.

In 1971, she was admitted to the "Theater and Film Acting" department of the Tashkent State Institute of Arts, successfully graduating in 1975.

After graduating from the institute, her course was sent by assignment to the Olim Khodjayev Theater in Syrdarya, and after working there for a year, she returned to Tashkent. From 1976 to 1978, she went to Moscow to study pedagogy in a postgraduate program at the Moscow State Institute of Theater Arts.

At the same time, she completed practical training in theaters and directing. She studied under the courses of renowned artists of that era such as Oleg Tabakov and Vladimir Andreyev, as well as at Andrey Goncharov's theater. Since 1978, she has been an associate professor at the "Drama and Film Arts" department of the Faculty of "Drama and Film Arts" at the Uzbekistan State Institute of Arts. She is a theater director.

Since 1989, she has staged various famous plays on the stage of the Uzbek National Academic Drama Theater, such as "Chimildiq," "Andishali kelinchak," "Bevalar," and "Dadajon demayman."

Since 2000, she has been an "Honored Youth Mentor of the Republic of Uzbekistan." In cinema, she has played roles in a number of films such as "Kichkina tabib" and "Makrli dunyo."
